People ask me from time to time what I enjoy the most about the real estate business? I tell them I really enjoy helping people reach their dreams.  Whether it's their first home or a multi-unit rental property.  I am not the type of person to sit behind a computer screen all day. I like to be out interacting and helping others.  I also have an educational background in Mechanical Engineering which helps me be more technical and detail oriented than most agents. I have had clients tell me many times that they appreciate the way I pick up on things during the times we walked through a home that they overlooked.

I think people also appreciate my soft sell approach. I am not a hard sell. I like to give my clients some space and let them come to their own decisions. I offer guidance of course, but this is the largest financial decision someone is going to make so why in the world should an agent pressure someone or rush them to make a decision?

I have lived in the Harrisburg area since the late 1960's when my parents moved here from the metro Philadelphia area. I married my high school sweetheart and we moved to Perry County in 1983 and raised our family in the Marysville area. We have 2 children and in November of 2013 we were blessed with our first grand child.  We're having fun spoiling him!
